Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo & package opening video of the damaged product. Upon review, we offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an exception is granted.
